How do I enable NudgeClip on my storefront?+

Open your Shopify theme customizer, go to App embeds, enable the NudgeClip storefront app embed, and save the theme. After that, the widget can appear on supported product pages when a product has video settings.

How do I add a video to a product?+

Open a product in Shopify Admin, use the NudgeClip product video controls, then upload a video or choose an existing video from Shopify Files. Save the product settings when you are done.

Why is my video not showing?+

Check that the storefront app embed is enabled, the product has a video assigned, the video is available in Shopify Files, and the desktop or mobile visibility setting matches the device you are viewing.

Can I show different videos on different products?+

Yes. NudgeClip is built for product-specific video assignment, so different products can show different Shopify-hosted videos.

Does NudgeClip use third-party video hosting?+

No. NudgeClip is designed around Shopify Files, so merchants do not need to use third-party video URLs.
