NudgeClip uses Shopify OAuth and session data needed to install, authenticate, and run the app for a merchant store. This may include the shop domain, access credentials provided through Shopify, and app session information required to keep the app connected to Shopify.

The app uses Shopify product and file access only to let merchants upload or choose Shopify-hosted videos and assign those videos to products.

Product video settings are stored through Shopify app and product data so NudgeClip can show the correct floating video on the correct product page. These settings are not sold or shared.

NudgeClip may use operational service providers, such as hosting or support tools, only as needed to operate, secure, and support the app and website.

NudgeClip does not intentionally store shopper or customer records. The storefront widget is designed to display product video content and app settings, not to collect customer account, order, or checkout information.

If you email NudgeClip for support, we use the information you provide to answer your request and maintain support records. The public website may also receive standard technical information through hosting infrastructure, such as logs needed for security and reliability.

NudgeClip keeps app data only as long as needed to provide the service, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and maintain security. If you uninstall the app or request deletion, contact us and we will review the request according to Shopify platform requirements and applicable law.

We may update this Privacy Policy as the app or legal requirements change. When we make changes, we will update the date shown at the top of this page.
